                              RESOLUTION NO. 21832
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, CONTRACT NO. 28F(EP2),
                 INFLUENT RELIEF PUMP STATION EQUIPMENT
                 PROCUREMENT - SCREENS, WITH HYCOR CORPORATION,
                 WHICH CHANGE ORDER INCREASES THE CONTRACT TIME
                 BY ONE HUNDRED FORTY (140) DAYS.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 1, Contract No. 28F(EP2), Influent
       Relief Pump Station Equipment Procurement - Screens, with Hycor
       Corporation, which change order increases the contract time by 
140
       days.
